Nestled in the heart of Sicily,
in the upper valley of the Belice River, our olive farm stands as a guardian of tradition, biodiversity, and sustainable agriculture.
Our mission is simple yet essential: to protect and preserve this unique ecosystem from the environmental damage caused by intensive olive farming.


For centuries, olive trees have flourished on these hills, embraced by oak woodlands that shelter hedgehogs, porcupines, foxes, barn owls, and countless other native species that would disappear under the weight of industrialization.
We avoid disturbing the soil—no plowing, no chemical fertilizers. Instead, we embrace the quiet work of our donkeys, geese, and hens, whose presence enriches the earth and strengthens the cycle of life.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained exclusively from olives coming from our trees, by the union of two traditional sicilian cultivars: the Nocellara del Belice and Nocellara dell’Etna.
It has a unique fruity and delicate flavor with notes of artichoke, myrtle and almond.
Our olives are harvested and cold processed in order to maintain the nutritional and antioxidant properties of the extra virgin olive oil unaltered.
